I started in this industry over three decades ago—earning $4.25 an hour, sweeping floors, and discovering just how powerful great hair can make a woman feel.

Since then, that passion has grown into four award-winning salons, a multi-million-dollar business, and a lifetime spent helping women feel confident in their own beauty.

After 30+ years behind the chair, here’s what I know for certain:
