It’s a monthly subscription curated around a theme, designed to support your hair, simplify your routine, and boost your confidence. Each box includes 3–5 thoughtfully selected items, including a personalized travel-size hair product chosen for your hair type.
Each month you’ll receive 3–5 items, which may include hair accessories/tools, lifestyle favorites, occasional wearable pieces, inspiration, and a travel-size hair product personalized to you.
After you subscribe, you’ll answer a short hair quiz so we can match the travel-size hair product in your box to your hair type and needs. It’s a low-pressure way to try something new before purchasing full-size.
Yes! The box is designed for a variety of hair types and routines. Your travel-size hair product is personalized, and the themed items are chosen to be useful and versatile.
Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.

Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed or fulfilled. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.
Your payment will be drafted on the 1st of each month. Boxes will be packed and ready for pickup or shipping within 15 days of that payment, sometimes earlier!
If you sign up after the 1st of the month, then your payment will be drafted the following month on the 1st. You can pause, skip or cancel anytime.

Yes. If you love your travel-size product or an item from your box, you’ll be able to repurchase through our website or Amazon storefront when available.
Boxes ship once per month. You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order is on the way.
We ship to all 50 United States. We charge a flat delivery fee for orders under $49.
Flat rate shipping for USA orders under $49 is $9.99. The service provides priority delivery and insurance.
If anything arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo. We’ll make it right.
Sometimes carriers mark packages delivered early. Please check around your home, mailbox, or with neighbors first. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll help you troubleshoot.

Here's how you can update your delivery address for your subscription:
1. Login into your account at account.goodhairenergy.com
2. Click "My Subscriptions"
3. Locate your active subscription and click the "Manage subscription" button
4. In the "Shipping address" box, click "Change"
5. Enter your new, full mailing address. Be sure to indicate first and last names, and apartment/unit numbers, if any.
Traveling? Got too much stuff? Here's how you can pause or skip your next delivery:
1. Login into your account at account.goodhairenergy.com
2. Click "My Subscriptions"
3. Locate your active subscription and click the "Manage subscription" button
4. On the top right corner, click "More actions" then select "Pause" or "Skip".
Skip: push your next renewal date out one month in the future.
Pause: stop all future deliveries until you "Resume" your deliveries.
We are happy to assist with instructions on how to cancel your subscription.

Proceed to complete the survey to successfully cancel your subscription.
*Please note, this will only cancel future boxes, it will NOT cancel any pending or unfulfilled orders.
Because subscription boxes are curated and often personalized, all sales are typically final. If there’s an issue with your order, reach out and we’ll take care of you.
